Job Overview:
Pudami Builders is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive (Field Marketing) to drive real estate sales through direct client interaction and on-field marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert leads into successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-field marketing activities to generate leads and promote real estate projects.
• Engage with potential buyers, explain property details, and facilitate site visits.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Distribute marketing materials, attend promotional events, and represent the company professionally.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to strategize and meet sales targets.
• Provide regular updates on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in field sales/marketing (Real Estate preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the Hyderabad real estate market is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally for field marketing and client meetings.
• Two-wheeler is mandatory.
