Role Summary:
Responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, and promoting solar products and services in the assigned field area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and visit potential clients for solar products.
2. Conduct site surveys and explain solar solutions to customers.
3. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer follow-ups.
4. Coordinate with the technical team for installations and service.
5. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
6. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience (solar experience preferred).
- Two-wheeler with valid license.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
