Job Title: Sales Executive (Female Only) Company: Elatre Solutions Private Limited Location: 1st Floor, Plot No 21, Industrial Estate, Perungudi, Chennai. Salary: INR 20,000 - 30,000 per month Work Timing: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Saturday : We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated female Sales Executive to join our team at Elatre Solutions Private Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue generation for our products/services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales skills and contribute to the growth of the company. Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Female candidates preferred.
