Job Title: Sales Executive (Female)

Location: Sector 142, Noida

Experience: 2-5 Years in real estate sales

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Female Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to convert leads into successful property sales. This is an office-based role involving client interaction, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.

Present property options and explain features, pricing, and benefits to potential clients

Manage and nurture leads through effective follow-ups and relationship building

Coordinate with marketing and site teams for client visits and property presentations

Maintain and update CRM with client details, interactions, and progress status

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

2-5 years of experience in real estate sales.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong client relationship management and convincing ability

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

Immediate joiners preferred

Salary 2 Lac To 2 Lac 25 Thousand P.A.
