Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies for AMC and HVAC projects.
Build strong relations with builders, architects, consultants, facility managers, and corporate clients.
Identify and track new project tenders and opportunities.
Lead proposal preparation and negotiations for high-value projects.
Guide and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and group targets.
Ensure contract execution and client satisfaction for repeat business.
Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
Requirements
Graduate/MBA with 4-8 years of sales experience (minimum 2 in HVAC/project sales).
Strong understanding of
HVAC industry/project sales cycle
.
Excellent negotiation, networking, and leadership skills.
Existing connections with builders/consultants will be an advantage.

Compensation
Fixed salary + Incentives/Commission based on sales performance
