Job Purpose:

To generate new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets by promoting the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and contact potential customers through calls, visits, and networking. Present and explain product/service offerings to clients. Negotiate and close sales deals effectively. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Keep track of sales activities and prepare regular reports. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:



Mix of office-based and fieldwork. Regular client interaction and travel as needed.
