Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and wholesale customers.
Sales Follow-up & Execution
Track and follow up on all pending quotations and orders to convert into sales.
Assist in preparing proforma invoices, sales orders, and dispatch coordination.
Address order discrepancies (like shortages or delays) by working with internal teams and vendors.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate daily records of sales activities, follow-ups, and communications.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and submit them to the reporting manager.

Market Research & Intelligence
Research market trends, competitor pricing, and new B2B client opportunities.
Collect data on wholesale buyers, distributors, and emerging markets.
Identify potential vendors or sources for new product categories.
Team Coordination
Coordinate with the logistics, accounts, and warehouse team for seamless order execution.
Collaborate with sales and marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
Support senior sales staff in managing bulk deals or key accounts.
