We are looking for a confident and smart Business Executive (Female) to handle inbound and outbound leads for our academy. The primary responsibility is to call interested leads, explain course details clearly, and guide them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads generated for the academy
Explain course details, fees, duration, and benefits clearly
Understand student requirements and counsel them professionally
Maintain a positive and convincing conversation
Follow up regularly to convert leads into admissions
Update lead status and feedback after each call
Coordinate with the internal team when required
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (Tamil required, English preferred)
Confident, polite, and convincing phone conversation skills
Ability to handle objections and queries patiently
Basic knowledge of sales or education counseling (preferred)
Willingness to learn and grow

Friendly voice and professional speaking style
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
