Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and representing our company in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
Maintain records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM software.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and close deals effectively.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
