Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that meet their needs and preferences.

Product Knowledge:

Provide detailed information about jewellery products, including materials, craftsmanship, and care.

Sales Targets:

Achieve and exceed sales goals set by the company.

Showroom Presentation:

Maintain a visually appealing and organized jewellery display.

Relationship Building:

Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

Market Awareness:

Stay informed about industry trends and new product lines.

Transaction Handling:

Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods sector. Strong knowledge of jewellery products, including gemstones, metals, and design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service
