Role & Responsibilities:



Prospecting and Lead Generation

: Identify and research potential clients through channels like cold calling, networking events, social media, referrals, and online research.

Client Relationship Management

: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and delivering tailored solutions.

Sales Presentations

: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, highlighting how the company's products or services can address client requirements effectively.

Sales Strategy Development

: Collaborate with the team to create and execute sales strategies aimed at targeting specific market segments, industries, and geographic regions.

Achieving Sales Targets

: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas by closing deals and generating revenue.

Negotiation & Closing Deals

: Manage negotiations, including pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals successfully while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market shifts to find new opportunities for business development and improvement.

Sales Reporting

: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions; provide timely reports and forecasts to sales management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
