We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic

FEMALE Sales Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling telecalling activities, assisting with sales and marketing tasks, and supporting customer service operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Client Communication & Telecalling



Handle incoming and outgoing calls to clients in a professional and courteous manner. Call potential leads generated from online ads and marketing campaigns (cold calling). Explain company services and products clearly and effectively. Conduct follow-up calls for sales, service feedback, and client engagement. Maintain call logs and client interaction records accurately.

Sales & Marketing Support



Assist the sales team in generating leads and closing deals. Promote ongoing services and offers to existing and potential clients. Share marketing material or updates with clients via calls or emails. Maintain CRM and track leads and conversion status. Provide insights and suggestions to improve lead conversion and client outreach strategies.

Client Coordination & Documentation



Assist in coordinating with clients for pending tasks, approvals, or updates. Follow up on client queries, service renewals, or payment reminders as needed. Maintain and update records using Excel, Word, and Google Sheets. Support document management and internal communications.

Customer Support & Admin Tasks



Resolve customer queries or escalate to relevant departments if required. Support the digital marketing team in managing customer responses and inquiries. Assist with general administrative duties and day-to-day office operations.

Skills Required:



Strong verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi). Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace. Basic understanding of sales, CRM, and digital marketing is a plus. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team.

Qualification:



Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream. Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be an advantage. Must have a personal laptop.
