US-based software and Education institute is seeking a dedicated and dynamic
Sales Executive
to join our team, Working From Home, Night Shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Telecalling & Lead Conversion:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on incoming leads.
Clearly explain product features (e.g., Software and Training Packages).
Understand customer requirements and offer customized solutions.
Customer Interaction & Relationship Building:
Handle queries with confidence and professionalism.
Build rapport with clients through warm and engaging conversations.
Maintain customer satisfaction through timely updates and follow-ups.
Sales Support:
Assist students with appointment bookings and follow-through.
Update CRM with daily call logs, lead status, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the Management, operations, and Media team for product sharing and Demos.
Product Promotion:
Share product catalogs and new arrivals via WhatsApp, email, or calls.
Follow up with interested customers to encourage visits or purchases.
Key Requirements:
Minimum
1-3 years of
experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Must Be Fluent in
Punjabi and English
Excellent communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
Confidence in phone-based conversations and soft selling.
Advance computer knowledge - MS Excel, WhatsApp Web, CRM software usage.
