Tele sales Executive
who can communicate effectively with clients, generate leads, and convert opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA logistics market.
Promote and sell company services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable logistics solutions.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales using CRM tools.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in
tele calling.
(preferably in logistics).
Excellent
verbal communication
in
English, Punjabi and Hindi
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
Basic understanding of
USA logistics operations
(preferred but not mandatory).
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience Required:
Minimum 1 Year (Tele calling / Sales) ;
Education:
Minimum Graduate ;
Languages Required:
English, Punjabi & Hindi (Fluent)
