Customer Engagement:

Sales Process:

Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiries to final purchase.

Vehicle Knowledge:

Demonstrate thorough knowledge of vehicle features, benefits, and specifications.

Test Drives:

Conduct test drives for potential customers and answer their questions.

Negotiation:

Negotiate prices, financing options, and trade-in values with customers.

Paperwork:

Assist customers with paperwork, including sales agreements and financing applications.

Customer Follow-up:

Maintain a database of customers and follow up with them after sales to build rapport and encourage repeat business.

Sales Targets:

Achieve monthly sales targets.
