Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge and identify new potential markets.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and client information, often using CRM software.
Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, progress towards goals, and market insights for management.
Collaboration:
Work with marketing, customer support, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience and to develop effective sales strategies.
