Job Description

Sales & Business Development



Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned territories. Pitch and sell Overra Herbals products to retail stores, health food outlets, pharmacies, supermarkets, and other potential buyers. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets consistently. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.

Client Relationship Management



Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers. Address customer queries, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly. Provide product information and recommendations to customers when required.

Market Research & Reporting



Collect market information including competitor activity and pricing. Report daily/weekly sales activities, customer feedback, and field insights to the Sales Manager.

Order & Delivery Coordination



Assist in managing orders and coordinating timely delivery with internal teams or external partners.

Skills & Qualifications



Required



Minimum 4

years

of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, health food, herbal/natural products, or retail distribution. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer orientation and ability to build rapport quickly. Goal-driven and able to work independently in a target-focused environment.

Preferred



Knowledge of nutrition/health food products (Low GI/diabetic friendly) is a plus. Valid driving license (if field sales territory travel is required).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
