Responsibilities:
Manage calls with current clients & responsible for sales graph.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends. Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to the senior management team.
Train, mentor, and motivate sales team members to enhance their performance.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding
targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team environment. Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
