We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a strong understanding of sales principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking events, social media, and market research.
Identify and qualify potential leads and prospects.
Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present solutions.
Sales Process Management:
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, tailoring them to the specific needs of clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful closure.
Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and contracts.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Act as a key point of contact between the company and its clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Gather feedback from customers and share insights with internal teams for product development and improvement.
Performance & Reporting:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales data in CRM software.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure a seamless client experience and align sales strategies with company goals.
Participate in team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
Industry Representation:
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events to promote products/services and generate leads.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant sales role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Sales Acumen:
Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Results-driven and self-motivated with a strong passion for sales.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand customer requirements.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Other:
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
Commercial awareness.
Preferred (but not required):
Experience in a specific industry (e.g., B2B SaaS, IT, Real Estate, Finance, Media, etc., depending on the company's sector).
Knowledge of local languages (if applicable to the market).
