The candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to support the sales process from inquiry to closure. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Generate leads through calls, emails, and networking. Coordinate with the field sales and technical teams to meet client requirements. Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM tools regularly. Support follow-ups on quotations, orders, and payments. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields). 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (industrial sector preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
