The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling direct and tele sales for wellness products and services. The role involves connecting with potential clients, understanding their wellness needs, providing suitable recommendations, and ensuring successful conversions through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
to generate sales leads and convert them into clients.
Conduct
one-on-one wellness consultations
with customers and explain product/service benefits.
Follow up with potential clients through calls, messages, and emails to close sales.
Maintain and update client data in the CRM system.
Achieve
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion and client satisfaction.
Maintain a professional and positive approach while communicating with customers.
Requirements:
Female candidates only
(preferred due to client interaction nature).
Graduate in any stream (Wellness, Nutrition, or related fields preferred).
0-3 years of experience in
direct or tele sales
.
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client needs and offer the right solutions.
