She will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and closing B2B & B2C sales for our premium apparel range.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
Handle in-store sales, showroom visits, and walk-in client interactions.
Manage B2B inquiries from boutiques, resellers, and online sellers.
Maintain proper product knowledge to confidently explain features, fabrics, pricing, and offers.
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales deals.
Maintain daily sales records and report to the Sales Manager.
Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the presentation of the sales floor.
Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns as needed.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective communication and after-sales service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
12th pass / Graduate
in any discipline.
3-5 years of experience
in retail / fashion / apparel / showroom sales preferred.
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi, English, and Bengali
(additional languages are a plus).
Smart, well-groomed, and confident personality.
Ability to work under targets and handle customer queries patiently.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp Business / Excel will be an advantage.
