Profile Summary:



Dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive with a strong passion for fashion and design. Proven ability to drive sales, build client relationships, and represent designer brands with professionalism and style. Experienced in providing personalized shopping experiences, product recommendations, and after-sales support in a fast-paced fashion retail environment. Adept at understanding current fashion trends and aligning them with customer preferences to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fashion items, designs, or collections. Promote designer products and highlight features such as fabric quality, craftsmanship, and style trends. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain in-depth knowledge of all current and upcoming fashion collections. Manage visual merchandising and ensure the shop layout is attractive and up-to-date. Handle billing, returns, and exchanges using POS systems. Coordinate with designers and tailors for customization or fittings as needed. Collect client feedback and build long-term relationships for repeat business. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

Qualifications:



High school diploma (minimum); diploma or certification in Fashion, Retail, or Sales is a plus. Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or designer wear. Strong interest in fashion, styling, and customer interaction. Multilingual abilities (optional but helpful in luxury or tourist-heavy markets). Professional appearance and a friendly, confident personality.
