Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales Strategy Development & Execution



Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects in Punjab. Focus on generating sales through HNI clients and channel partners (brokers, agents, and real estate agencies). Identify new sales opportunities and market segments to expand the company's customer base. Set clear, actionable sales goals and timelines, aligning with the company's overall objectives.

Channel Partner Management & Expansion



Build and manage a network of channel partners, including brokers, agents, and other intermediaries. Conduct regular training and provide support to channel partners to increase their product knowledge and sales skills. Develop and implement incentive programs to motivate channel partners and ensure sales targets are met. Regularly monitor and evaluate channel partner performance, ensuring quality leads and high conversion rates. Maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with top-performing channel partners to drive sustained sales growth.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
