We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Franchise Sales Manager to expand our franchise network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchisees, managing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, and ensuring alignment with our brand and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement franchise sales strategies to meet growth targets.
Identify, qualify, and engage potential franchise partners through various lead generation methods (digital campaigns, events, referrals, broker networks).
Present the franchise opportunity to prospects through calls, virtual meetings, and in-person presentations.
Manage the end-to-end sales funnel: from initial inquiry through evaluation, site selection support, due diligence, and signing of the franchise agreement.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and sales data.
Coordinate with legal, finance, operations, and training departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new franchisees.
Monitor industry trends and competitor franchise offerings to optimize our approach.
Represent the brand at franchise expos, industry events, and webinars.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
3-5 years of experience in franchise sales or business development, preferably within [industry].
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
Familiarity with CRM tools and franchise disclosure documents (FDDs).
