To manage and expand the company's international sales by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with overseas clients, and ensuring smooth execution of export orders in compliance with company and export regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify new international markets and potential customers.
Handle inquiries from overseas clients and provide product quotations.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure timely order execution.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding order status, shipment schedules, and after-sales service.
Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and LC (Letter of Credit) documentation.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade policies, and company procedures.
Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings as required.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
Maintain and build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in
export sales
(preferably in manufacturing, trading, or industrial sector).
Good knowledge of
export documentation, INCOTERMS, and international trade practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple international clients.
Fluency in English (knowledge of additional foreign language is an advantage).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
