Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented
Sales Executive - International Sales
to drive global business growth in the food industry. The role involves developing new international markets, managing key export clients, and ensuring effective execution of the company's global sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in international trade, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of global food markets and export processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new international markets for the company's food products (B2B, distributors, importers, retailers, and HORECA).
Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients through effective sales strategies.
Manage and grow existing export accounts while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Conduct international market research to identify trends, competitor activities, pricing, and potential business opportunities.
Handle inquiries from overseas clients, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts in coordination with management.
Coordinate with the logistics, documentation, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and country-specific food standards.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor promotional activities and materials for global markets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in
sales / export
within the
food & beverage / FMCG
industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of international food regulations, certifications (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, etc.), and global market trends.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Spanish, or French are an advantage).
