We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our export division. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a good command of MS Office, and hands-on experience or a keen interest in using AI tools for business growth. You will be responsible for identifying new international markets, building client relationships, and driving export sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new international business opportunities.
Generate leads through online research, email marketing, and trade portals.
Conduct virtual meetings and presentations with international buyers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships across various regions.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable product solutions.
Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) for creating proposals, email campaigns, and reports.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to propose business strategies.
Prepare and maintain sales and communication reports using MS Office.
Collaborate with the logistics, documentation, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, International Trade, or similar).
Fluent in spoken and written English is a must.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Comfortable with using AI tools and online platforms for business automation.
Knowledge of international trade terms and documentation is a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
