Job Summary



We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales Executive - Export

with hands-on experience in

international sales

within the

coatings or composites industry

. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of export markets, proven experience in

hard-core sales

, and the ability to work under pressure to achieve aggressive targets.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and expand the company's international market share. Identify, contact, and manage relationships with overseas customers, distributors, and channel partners within the coatings/composites segment. Handle

end-to-end sales activities

, from lead generation and negotiation to closing deals--

not limited to coordination or documentation

. Explore and penetrate new international markets while strengthening relationships with existing clients. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and emerging trends in target regions. Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, delivery, and payment in line with company policy. Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth execution of export orders. Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
