:
1) Achieve monthly EV sales targets for Mahindra EV models.
2) Generate enquiries through walk-ins, digital leads, field activities, and referral programs.
3) Conduct product presentations and explain EV features, driving range, charging options, and maintenance benefits.
4) Provide test drives and ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to delivery.
5) Follow up on leads assigned through CRM/DMS and convert them into bookings.
6) Maintain proper documentation and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
7) Stay updated on Mahindra's EV offerings, features, specifications, and pricing.
8) Coordinate with the Finance, RTO, Accessories, and Delivery teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Education
Any degree or diploma (Automobile or Marketing background preferred).
Experience
2-5 years of sales experience (EV sales preferred).
