Job Summary



We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

Sales Associate

to support business development activities for our

ERP consulting services

. The role involves

lead generation, client interaction, proposal coordination, and sales pipeline management

. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in

ERP solutions, IT services, and consultative sales

.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate

new business leads

for ERP consulting services Conduct

initial client outreach

via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking Understand client business needs and position suitable

ERP solutions

Coordinate with

ERP consultants and technical teams

for solution proposals Prepare and follow up on

quotations, proposals, and presentations

Maintain and update

CRM records and sales pipelines

Support

contract negotiation and deal closure

under management guidance Track sales performance and prepare

weekly/monthly sales reports

Build and maintain

long-term client relationships

Represent the company in

meetings, demos, and events

when required

ERP Domains Exposure (Preferred)



ERP Implementation & Consulting ERP Customization & Integration ERP Support & AMC Services Cloud ERP / On-prem ERP Solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

Business, IT, Management, or related field

0-3 years of experience in

IT / ERP / SaaS sales

(freshers may apply) Strong

communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Understanding of

consultative sales approach

Ability to explain

technical solutions in simple business terms

Proficiency in

MS Office / Google Workspace

Experience with

CRM tools

is an advantage

Preferred Attributes



Prior exposure to

ERP systems

(Odoo / SAP / Oracle / Dynamics, etc.) Experience selling

IT services or consulting solutions

Target-driven and self-motivated attitude Professional conduct and strong follow-up discipline

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Number of qualified leads generated Conversion rate from lead to opportunity Proposal-to-deal conversion ratio Revenue contribution Client engagement and follow-up effectiveness
