We are seeking a dynamic professional with strong EPC project sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting our hospital EPC project pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue business opportunities in
EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction)
hospital projects.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Generate leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Maintain sales pipeline, track opportunities, and report progress in CRM.
Lead Conversion
- Convert qualified leads into successful business deals by presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing contracts.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements, ensuring satisfaction, and providing after-sales support.
Business Expansion
- Explore new markets, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the expansion of the company's EPC project portfolio.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in
EPC project sales
.
Understanding of
hospital construction and turnkey project execution
.
Strong communication & client engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.50 - ₹35,000.00 per month
