Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound
international sales calls
to English-speaking prospects and customers
Present, promote, and sell company products/services to global clients
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems
Follow up with potential customers to close sales
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction
Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent spoken English (mandatory)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with international clients across different time zones
Proven experience in sales, tele-sales, or international calling (preferred)
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office, email tools)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in
international B2B or B2C sales
Exposure to global markets such as US, UK, Canada, Australia, or Europe
Prior experience in outbound international calling.
