? Key Responsibilities:
? Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach in the manufacturing sector.
? Conduct client meetings, demos, and plant visits to showcase products; develop customized quotes and proposals.
? Manage sales pipeline, follow-ups, and negotiations to close deals and secure orders (POs).
? Collaborate with production/quality teams for smooth order fulfilment and client handover to after-sales support.
? Track sales performance, prepare reports, and contribute to marketing initiatives to meet quarterly targets.
? Requirements:
? Qualification: Any Graduate / Engineering preferred
? Experience: 1-3 years in manufacturing industry sales or B2B environments (industrial products focus).
? Skills: Strong negotiation, CRM/ERP knowledge (e.g., SAP); proficiency in MS Office; understanding of supply chain and product specs.
? Soft Skills: Excellent communication, resilience, travel willingness (30-50%), and target-oriented mindset.
? Salary/Budget: Up to ₹4.20 LPA (includes incentives based on performance).
