Required Skills & Competencies:
1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
3. Ability to conduct field sales independently and confidently.
4. Result-driven approach with analytical and decision-making skills.
5. Prior experience in the elevator industry will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
1. Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, and referrals.
2. Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
3. Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions aligned with company offerings.
4. Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals as per company revenue targets.
5. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet monthly and annual sales goals.
6. Expand the customer base by identifying new market opportunities within the assigned region.
7. Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, inquiries, and client interactions.
8. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
