We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Sales Executive
to join our electronics retail team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for gadgets, and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in choosing the right electronic products.
Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with new launches.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize store revenue.
Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement in the showroom.
Handle customer queries, billing, and basic after-sales support.
Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail sales (preferably electronics).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good product knowledge of electronics (training will be provided).
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic computer skills (billing, inventory systems).
A customer-first attitude and strong sales drive.
