Key Responsibilities
Handle
online leads from Justdial, Sulekha, website, and digital platforms
Call, counsel, and follow up with students and parents
Explain program details, fees, timelines, and career outcomes
Convert enquiries into enrollments through structured follow-ups
Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM / Excel / WhatsApp
Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth student onboarding

Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply
Freshers with
good English communication skills
preferred
Candidates with sales, telecalling, counselling, or customer service background will be an advantage
Strong interpersonal, convincing, and follow-up skills
Willingness to learn and grow in the education domain
Target-oriented mindset with a student-first approach
