Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding the organization's client base.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Present products/services effectively to prospects and handle negotiations and deal closure.
- Lead and motivate other sales team members to achieve collective goals.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on daily and weekly and monthly to management.
