, conducting demos, managing relationships with school administrators, and ensuring successful onboarding of new schools for our robotics programs.
This is a
field-intensive role
with a mix of school visits, demos, lead generation, and follow-up.
1. Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify and build a list of schools in the assigned region.
Cold-call, email, and schedule appointments with principals / coordinators.
Visit 10-12 schools per week.
2. Product Presentation & Demos
Deliver 30-45 min student demo sessions (training will be provided).
Conduct short 10-15 min principal briefings.
Explain curriculum, pricing, and project outcomes clearly.
3. Sales & Conversion
Pitch yearly robotics program packages (Class-wise curriculum).
Negotiate pricing and close deals with schools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (schools acquired).
4. Relationship Management
Maintain strong follow-up with stakeholders until program launch.
Support onboarding of first 2-4 sessions (coordinating with trainers).
Gather testimonials and feedback from schools.
5. Reporting
Maintain CRM/Excel sheet: leads, follow-ups, demo status.
Weekly report to management on outreach, demos, conversions, and revenue.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in field sales OR strong communication skills.
Freshers with strong motivation can also apply.
Fluent communication in English + local language.
Ability to conduct school demos confidently (training provided).
Good presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Own two-wheeler preferred (travel allowance provided).
Nice-to-Have
Background in EdTech, school sales, or robotics/STEM (optional).
Experience in academic/student workshops.
