Conduct
cold calls

Identify new business opportunities in schools, colleges, and training institutes.
Seminar & Event Management:
Organize and conduct
career counselling seminars
,
student engagement events
, and
awareness programs
in educational institutions.
Represent the company in education fairs, campus events, and local marketing activities.
Student Counselling & Conversion:
Guide and counsel students and parents about course options, admissions process, and career prospects.
Convert enquiries into admissions through professional communication and relationship management.
Maintain student records and follow up with potential leads to achieve monthly admission targets.
Admission Consultant Development:
Identify and onboard
local admission consultants
or educational partners across cities to strengthen business networks.
Train and support consultants to achieve enrollment goals.
Reporting & Coordination:
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, track performance metrics, and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of campaigns and admissions.
