Manage and drive sales through the company Ecommerce

Handle online inquiries, leads, and order conversions
Coordinate with the digital marketing team to improve website traffic and sales performance
Monitor daily orders, payments, and dispatch status
Maintain accurate records of online sales, customers, and follow-ups
Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order-related queries
Work on strategies to increase conversions and repeat sales
Ensure a smooth end-to-end customer experience
