Identify new business opportunities and onboard sellers/brands on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with account managers, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and sales growth.
Negotiate deals, close contracts, and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
Prepare and present regular business reports, sales forecasts, and growth analysis to management.
Key Skills Required:
Proven experience in sales/business development in the
e-commerce sector
(mandatory).
Good understanding of marketplace operations, product categories, and seller management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Target-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Ability to work in a dynamic and competitive environment.
