Key Responsibilities
Drive online sales across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.) and Bakeats' own website.
Identify and onboard new online channels or marketplaces to expand brand presence.
Plan, execute, and monitor
festive box sales campaigns
-- including corporate gifting, B2B leads, and seasonal promotions.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and partners for bulk festive orders.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure timely product availability, packaging, and delivery.
Track daily/weekly sales performance and share regular reports and insights.
Support the overall sales strategy with new ideas and initiatives to boost growth.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of sales experience in the
FMCG or food industry
, with at least 1-2 years handling
e-commerce
channels.
Strong understanding of online retail operations, analytics, and category management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce dashboards.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
