DTDC is looking for a
Sales Executive
to grow courier and logistics business by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role is target-oriented and field-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers (retailers, SMEs, e-commerce sellers).
Promote DTDC courier, express, bulk, and COD services.
Meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with operations teams for smooth pickup and delivery.
Handle customer queries and provide basic service support.
Track daily sales activities and submit reports.
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Field sales or direct sales experience preferred.
Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
Basic understanding of courier/logistics services (preferred).
12th pass / Any graduate.
Two-wheeler preferred (depending on location).
