We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive domestic sales for our chemical products catering to the Paint, Coating, and Ink industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets while ensuring strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand sales in the domestic market for chemical products.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with paint, coating & ink manufacturers.
Generate new business leads, prepare proposals, and close sales deals.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report market trends to management.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and after-sales support.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies for growth.
Requirements:
Graduate in Chemistry/Science/Commerce/Marketing (MBA preferred).
2-4 years of sales experience in chemicals, paints, or related industries (freshers with strong interest may also apply).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel within domestic markets.
Target-oriented with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
