Sales Executive - Real Estate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The role involves generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, showcasing properties, and closing sales to achieve targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
Conduct client meetings, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable property options.
Arrange and conduct property site visits for clients.
Present and negotiate terms of sale with prospective buyers.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with all interactions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on current real estate market trends, projects, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the sales manager and closing team for finalizing deals.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion ability.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of real estate sales processes and property documentation (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience (real estate experience will be an added advantage).
Freshers with strong sales acumen and passion for real estate may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
