Key Responsibilities
Calling incoming leads and follow-ups
Communicating with clients on WhatsApp and phone
Understanding client requirements and sharing details with the team
Closing bookings and coordinating internally
Maintaining basic lead tracking
Requirements
Basic communication skills (Hindi/English)
Comfortable with calling-based sales
Willingness to follow up and handle objections
Basic understanding of sales processes and CRMs
