Role Overview
We're looking for a highly motivated, early-career GTM & Sales Strategist who wants to learn how modern B2B sales actually work.
This role is not about hard selling.It's about building pipelines, starting the right conversations, and qualifying opportunities.
You'll work closely with the founders and senior team to:
Fill the sales pipeline
Handle discovery & onboarding calls
Respond to outbound conversations on LinkedIn & email
Key Responsibilities
1. Pipeline Building & GTM Execution
Support in executing GTM strategies for VixelBiz
Work on outbound sales activities (LinkedIn + Email)
Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel
2. Discovery & Onboarding Calls
Conduct discovery calls with potential clients
Understand client requirements and assess fit
Assist in onboarding new clients smoothly after deal closure
3. Sales Communication & Follow-ups
Respond to LinkedIn messages and email inquiries professionally
Handle basic objections and questions from prospects
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain clean communication
4. CRM & Process Support
Update lead status and call notes regularly
Help maintain a structured sales process
Share feedback from calls to improve GTM messaging

You are a fresh graduate or have up to 1 year of experience
You're curious about sales, GTM strategy, and B2B growth
You're comfortable speaking with new people (calls don't scare you)
You're open to learning and taking feedback seriously
You can write clear, professional messages in English
You're proactive and don't wait to be told every next step
You don't need:
Years of sales experience
Fancy titles or MBA-level jargon
We value attitude, clarity, and willingness to learn over experience
