Role Description
This is a Full-time, remote opportunity for a Sales Executive, open to candidates based in India, and working remotely. The Sales Executive will be responsible for independently generating leads, building client relationships, pitching Digital Marketing AI solutions, and closing deals. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who is comfortable work in performance-based earnings.
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
Generating your own leads
Pitching our Digital Marketing AI & chatbot solutions
Closing deals independently
Managing your sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM
This role offers freedom, flexibility, and unlimited earning potential -- with no fixed salary and no micromanagement.
Daily responsibilities include:
Identifying and approaching potential clients through outbound and inbound channels
Conducting product presentations and demos of Digital Marketing AI tools and chatbots
Managing the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
Maintaining accurate sales activities, leads, and deal stages using HubSpot CRM
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention
Driving consistent pipeline growth to achieve recurring revenue targets
Inactive Account Policy (Important)To remain an active Sales Executive, you must show continuous activity in HubSpot.
An account may be marked inactive if:
No new leads are added for 7 days
No CRM update on daily basis.
Inactive accounts must be reactivated by demonstrating consistent activity.
Qualifications :
Strong Communication and Customer Service and conversion skills for effectively collaborating with clients and partners.
Experience in Sales and business growth and achieve revenue targets.
Proven ability to work with Channel Partners and foster long-lasting business relationships.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and understanding sales cycles.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in digital marketing or sales is a plus.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to market changes.
