Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Nurturing
Manage and qualify leads generated through
WhatsApp campaigns, email marketing, referrals, co-working tie-ups, and field activities
Conduct discovery calls to understand client HR challenges and requirements
Nurture prospects through structured follow-ups until closure
Sales & Conversion
Pitch HR outsourcing solutions (Payroll, Compliance, HRMS, HR Operations)
Prepare proposals, commercials, and scope of work in coordination with the seniors.
Negotiate terms and close deals as per assigned targets
Client Coordination
Act as a single point of contact during the pre-sales and onboarding phase
Coordinate with internal HR, payroll, and compliance teams for smooth onboarding
Ensure clear handover of client expectations and commitments
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate lead data and follow-ups in CRM.
Share daily and weekly sales activity and closure reports
Track conversion ratios and pipeline health
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills (English & Hindi)
Understanding of
HR outsourcing, payroll, compliance, or B2B services
Ability to nurture long-cycle leads and close consultative sales
Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, CRM tools, and Excel
Self-driven with strong follow-up discipline
Preferred Background
Experience in selling
HR services, payroll, staffing, HRMS, SaaS, or professional services
Exposure to startup or SME client ecosystem
Prior experience in inside sales or B2B consultative selling
